From May 8 -12 Warsaw School of Information Technology in Poland organized the Erasmus+ staff week with an arts, language and technology conference called "speakART".
A large delegation from Liepaja University participated in these events: LiepU Rector Dace Markus; Inta Klasone, Solvita Spirge-Sēne and Martiņš Krūmiņš from the Arts department and representatives from the International relations department.
Along with speakers from Latvia and Poland, there were the guests from Bulgaria and Romania, sharing their unique perspective on topics, such as the relationship between art and modern technology, and between art and linguistics.
In the frame of International Itinerant Conference, participants visited exhibitions of two LiepU artists: "City of Photography" by Mārtins Krūmins and "Reflections of Montmartre in Šiauliai" by Solvita Spirģe-Sēne and Inta Klasone.
