Liepaja University Rector Dace Markus meets with the new Ambassador of the USA in Latvia H.E. Christopher Robinson at Liepaja today during his regional visit at our town. Amabssador has started to serve in Latvia from 26th January 2023.
Liepaja University and embassy of the USA traditionally have a very close cooperation - each year LiepU hosts Fulbright scholars and teaching assistants at the university. In this academic year LiepU hosts Professor M Dujon Johnson who teaches English and culture studies to various LiepU student groups.
