Every academic semester, new international students join Liepaja University - this semester 18 Erasmus+ exchage students (boths for studies and internship) and more then 39 full degree students from Europe, Asia and Africa will study at LiepU.
LiepU International relations department is happy that this time so many different countries are represented what makes LiepU study environment more interesting and international. LiepU hosts Erasmus+ exchange students from Czech Republic, Finland, France, Germany, Lithuania, Spain, Turkey and Ukraine.
Exchage students will study at LiepU IT, design, media arts, teacher training and social work, as well as various foreign languages. This semester students are coming from different LiepU pertner universities as:

- National University of Kyiv-Mohyla Academy.
After the opening ceremony on 5th September and a welcome reception, international students had a guided tour around the city. In order to inform the students about the city of Liepaja, where they will live for a while, they had a chance to see the historical and touristic places.
