Liepaja University Lecturer and Chief specialist of foreign affairs department Patriks Morevs was visiting LiepU partner university in Russian Federation: Nizhnevartovsk State University. In the last years LiepU has developed a very active cooperation with this university which is considered as the first and one of the leading higher education institutions in Khanty-Mansiysk autonomous area, Yugra with long-established reputaion for excellence in teaching and research.
During his visit from 18-24 December 2019, Patriks Morevs was giving lectures on analytic geometric and mathematical analysis to Nizhnevartovsk State Universities bachelor level "Information Technology" and "Mathematics" students. He also had several meetings with the authorities from NSU, where both sides agreed on developing the join master level "Information Technology" study porgram.
Let us remind you that from 18-22 November 2019 Professor Ramil Mamedli from the NSU came to LiepU to give lectures to information technology students on databases.
