Professor from Nizhnevartovsk State University gives lectures to Information technology students

Professor Ramil Mamedli from the Nizhnevartovsk State University, came for a week long of lectures (18-22 November) for the information tecnology students; Professor Ramil Mamedli is a database teacher. During the week, he was giving classes based on SQL, in his classes he had the oportunity to see two of his university students: Anna Pluzian and Erbol Zhakenov who are currently studying at LiepU as Erasmus+ exchange students.

Anna shares her impressions on how was to see her teacher at LiepU: "Having the teacher here is the best and his classes were perfect". Erbol adds: “It was nice to see a teacher from my university. The lectures were very interesting.”

Some of his classes during the week were on writing Transact-SQL (T-SQL), working with stored procedures and functions, implementing triggers working with cursors and advanced features, but his week was not only of classes and lectures, the professor also was able to get a guide tour around Liepaja city.

The guest lecturer had arrived on the Erasmus+ teaching visit under International Credit Mobility project KA107 No 2018-1-LV01-KA107-046886 that LiepU is realizing the second year with this university.
