On December 8, 2018, within the framework of Interprof project management and experts team from Šiauliai University visited the project team of Liepaja University and discussed the progress and its further implementation of the project. In the work groups participated professionals from speech therapy and ergotherapy, art and animal therapy, and physiotherapy.
The goal of the project, integrating experience of Šiauliai University and Liepaja University, is to create, register and start to implement long life learning program based on the scientific and practical novelties for professionals whose increased competencies in rehabilitation process of would be more orientated to the needs of labor market and support premises to prepare specialists working in the area of rehabilitation and wellness of persons who have neurosensomotor impairments.
Both university management and experts’ teams worked in work groups, exchanging experiences and intensively discussing on current information and practical novelties in the field of rehabilitation, as well as carried out the work plan for the next project meeting.
Project is partly financed by Interreg V-A Latvia – Lithuania cross-border cooperation programme 2014-2020.
