Subject Aim

To develop professional competencies needed for development of information technology project and cloud computing services

Subject Content

The goal of the current course is to develop professional competencies necessary for design of information technology projects, especially, for setup and maintenance of cloud computing service. The scope of the course has been related with other courses of the module „Cloud Computing”.

Expected Results

Completing the course, the student will:

·        know on cloud computing project management tasks and their solutions;

·        know on computer networks (the specific issues related to cloud computing systems and maintenance)

·        know on cloud computing resource planning methods;

·        be able to estimate cloud computing development efforts;

·        be able to develop a cloud computing project configuration management plan;

·        be able to evaluate cloud computing project status;

·        be able to manage cloud computing project risks;

·        be able to read advanced publications on computer networks and cloud computing;

·        be able to install and configure the hardware and software for providing and maintaining of cloud services;

·        be able to argue personal view on applications of  cloud computing services for management of the organization's processes;

·        be able to search, analyse, and concludes the information that is essential for development and maintenance of cloud computing systems
