Subject Aim

To make understanding about Cloud Computing Architecture, its systems structure and service and development models, as well as impart knowledge about Cloud Computing use benefits and problems.

Subject Content

The current course provides knowledge on Cloud Computing (CC) architecture, design and maintenance of CC systems, and cloud services. During the course, the students will learn how to setup and administrate IaaS (Infrastructure-as-a-Service) system.

Expected Results

Completing the course, the student will:

·        know on cloud computing project management tasks and their solutions;

·        know on computer networks (the specific issues related to cloud computing systems and maintenance)

·        know on cloud computing resource planning methods;

·        be able to estimate cloud computing development efforts;

·        be able to develop a cloud computing project configuration management plan;

·        be able to evaluate cloud computing project status;

·        be able to manage cloud computing project risks;

·        be able to read advanced publications on computer networks and cloud computing;

·        be able to argue personal view on applications of  cloud computing services for management of the organization's processes;

·        be able to search, analyse, and concludes the information that is essential for development and maintenance of cloud computing systems

Requirements to gain ECTS

Necessary to execute classes impersonate practical works. Obtain successful assessment on report and the exam test.
