Subject Aim

To create understanding of business process modeling, its objectives; to understand the basic concepts of modeling. To give a view on modeling tools, the operating basic principles and their usage in business process modeling.
To understand rebuilding of the business process (reengineering), its objectives, concepts, rebuilding methods and tools.

Subject Content

Students will learn the skills and abilities of the business process modelling and simulation results analysis, knowledge of the business process reengineering, objectives, methods and tools. The practical part of the course students develops business process simulation models using a different tools.

Expected Results

Will be able

to analyse problems,

to carry out the project evaluation, offer alternative solutions according to different criteria,

to provide project management process smooth operation and coordination,

to use information technology to carry out their activities.

Passed the theoretical tests.
