To acquaint with the basics of Latvian spelling and to learn the basics of spelling
The course provides and deepens the knowledge and skills of the Latvian orthography. During classes it is planned to revise and extend the knowledge of orthography and to work with orthography exercises
After the course the students have acquired the skills of the Latvian spelling, can communicate using written Latvian
Acquisition of the theoretical material, sucessful completion of independent tasks, active participation in classes (70%); successfully passed final test and exam.
