Associated Professor from Greece gives lectures on intercultural communication

From 29 April till 3 May 2019 in the frame of Erasmus+ program, Liepaja University is hosting Associated Professor from the  University of Ioannina, which is one of the biggest and oldest universities in Greece, having various faculties like physics and mathematics, arts, medicine, technical and social sciences.

Professor Themistoklis Gogas had classes with different study programs students: teacher training, information technology, business management, offering such topics as intercultural communication, nationalism vs cosmopolitism and identity and diversity in the Postmodern Era.

Themistoklis Gogas was positively suprized about LiepU students, saying that they are very silent, patient, but at the same time interested in the offered topics. Professor was also amazed by how Latvia is developed after restoration of independance.
