Liepaja University International relations department specialists: Ērika Lauberga - Sleže, Sintija Bruže and Marija Šnaidere had a visit to Kolping University of Applied Sciences (Kaunas, Lithuania) on 31st January 2023.
Ērika Lauberga - Sleze not only gave lectures on business etiquette and professional communication to the future logistics specialists but also actively promoted Erasmus opportunities at LiepU. During the visit International relations department's representatives had a meeting with Erasmus coordinator Dalia Gineitiene and had a visit to Family Center - the social partner of the college - where LiepU social work students will be able to have their internship. Currently LiepU and Kolping University of Applied Sciences has an active cooperation in social work and tourism management fields.
From 14-15 December LiepU study program's "Social Work" students had a chance to attend and actively participate in several guest lectures by Kolping University of Applied Sciences lecturers Kamilė Gudišauskienė and Jurgita Dambrauskienė. Lecturers were offering the following lectures: "Values-based self-awareness. You and the wider context", "Social assistance options in the context of trauma: from trauma to hope".
