International students make unique laboratory works in Master's Ecotechnologies programme

Why is it interesting to study in Master’s Ecotechnologies programme at Liepaja University?

Our international full-time degree students from different countries during their Master studies are making unique laboratory works and research work about sustainable environment at LiepU. Recycling algea and making the paper out of it, taking measures about different pollution levels of the air quality in Liepāja city and the quality of various substances and materials identifying the percentage of the existing pollution are just some of them.

Students are working in a well equipped Environmental Technology laboratory, Recycling and Paper Recycling laboratories, and Circular Economy Centre.

Lectures are often given by international guest lecturers from LiepU partner universities with whom LiepU have strong and close partnership. This time laboratory works were conducted by the visiting guest lecturerz, the Professor Tatjana Paulauskiene from Klaipeda University (Lithuania), Faculty of Marine Technology and Natural Sciences, who is often coming to give the lectures under Erasmus+ teaching in this study programme.
