LiepU International Office Erasmus+ coordinator Madara Lindmane and International Coordinator Sintija Leigute yesterday visited one of the private higher education institutions in Warsaw - Warsaw School of Information Technology (WIT) in Poland under the Eramus+ staff mobility.
They had a meeting with Erasmus+ coordinator Jaroslaw Tondera who explained about the Erasmus+ and international student admission process at WIT, their study program offer, organization of studies during pandemics and the possibilities for LiepU students and academic staff, as well as he showed us the university's well equipped IT classes and different study departments. We agreed on starting actively cooperate through Erasmus+ student study and internship exchange and academic staff exchange, as well as to make joint study programs between our HEis.
Thank you for hosting us and we will also wait the Erasmus+ coordinator and English language teacher Jaroslaw Tondera for the visit in Liepaja University in January 2022!
LiepU has also recently signed the Erasmus+ partnership agreement and also the Memorandum of cooperation between WIT which means that LiepU students and staff are invited to go on exchange for studies/intership or teaching in the fields of Computer Science, Information Technology, IT Management and Graphics on Bachelor and Master level.
