From 6-7 December 2021 professors from the Faculty of Education Studies and Social Work of Marijampole University of Applied Sciences are visiting Liepaja University in the frame of Erasmus+ teaching mobility. This is their first time at LiepU and Liepaja, so both professors are not only enjoying lecturing process, but also beautiful Christmas atmosphere.
Professor and Social orker Salomeja Karaseviciute gave lectures to LiepU bachelor level “Social Work” students. With different practical activities, professor introduced our students with the innovative activities in social work with elderly people/ or youth' social work. LiepU student after first lectures said: “We liked lectures a lot! Very practical knowledge for our future professional activities”.
Vilma Liaudanske, experienced Professor and Pre-school practitioner, gave lectures to bachelor level study program’s “Pre-school teacher” students on the individual socioeducational work with children in a preschool.
In the recent time, LiepU and Marijampole University of Applied Sciences have activated the cooperation: LiepU International Relations department visited Marijampole University of Applied Sciences in July 2021, then Rector Dace Markus hosted at LiepU Marijampole University of Applied Sciences Rector Ale Murauskiene.
