From 2nd till 4th March Russian Language lecturer Valentīna Kaļiņina and French language lecturer Oļegs Beļajevs gave lectures in University of Savoy Mont Blanc (Université Savoie-Mont Blanc) in FRANCE, Chambery under the Erasmus+ teaching mobility.
Their topics were about Latvia in the European Union, demographic trends in Latvia, language policy and cultural diversity in Latvia, language policy and cultural diversity in Latvia, languages in the Baltic countries, crosscultural communication, oral communication in English.
The lecturers are saying: "In this university we see a good infrastructure for teaching and work (huge lecture rooms and modern foreign language laboratories and centres), good attitude towards the guests and multicultural study environment. The University of Savoy Mont Blanc is located in a beautiful region Savoie and surrounded by mountains in Chambery city."
